A few years ago Mum started making re-usable fabric gift bags for family birthdays and Christmas gifts. These bags have now grown into quite a collection, one that I would now not be without.
Quick, no-fuss, reusable wrapping that makes any regular or odd shaped gift look beautifully presented in an instant. No more long evenings spent wrapping gifts, no more piles of wrapping paper headed straight for recycling – just a set of beautiful bags that have become part of our Christmas traditions ready to be used year after year.
A note with kids - last year our girls left a small pile of bags out with their stockings for Father Christmas to fill and there was just as much excitement at opening the bags as there ever was with tearing off wrapping paper.
Handmade in our Yorkshire studio using a dead-stock red and white yarn dyed striped cotton fabric, which was woven locally in a mill that is sadly no longer running. This fabric lends itself perfectly to Christmas and as shown in one of the images can be further decorated using our handmade 100% woollen bows as seen here. The bags have a drawstring top that pulls together and can be tied into a bow to keep it fastened.

Care
If needed please wash on a cool delicate wash cycle and iron using plenty of steam for a nice crisp finish.
