In response to the on-going public health crisis we have made some changes to the way we work.
Luckily having studio spaces in our homes means a lot of our work can continue without too much disruption, but in order to reduce our number of outings and minimise any additional pressures on services, we have reduced our delivery days to once a week.
All orders placed online will be sent out on the following Monday, this could result in slightly longer delivery times depending on when your order is placed.
We will continue to send the majority of orders through Royal Mail using their first-class signed for service. At present Royal Mail do not require a signature for your delivery and will stand back upon you opening the door to receive your parcel.
We also use the courier service DPD for larger or heavier deliveries. You will receive email updates with tracking details for your order. They also do not require a signature at the current time, but will photograph the delivery next to an open door for proof of delivery.
EU & International orders
EU and international orders are delivered via Royal Mails International Tracking service or Parcel Force Global Value for larger orders. Please note with the current global pandemic there maybe unforeseen delays to orders sent.
